Customers are the key factor of the Uppercut project, therefore the company aims to protect them by offering all guarantees according to the present laws. The present document informs all Customers about the personal data disclosure and asks for the necessary consent to use all information for specific purposes such as placing a purchasing order and all the relative administrative and fiscal procedures.
By viewing the present policy, the Customer shall be informed about purposes and methods of detection and processing of personal data communicated within the navigation on the website (www.ilvegetable.it) and when placing a purchasing order by any means of communication (ex. email, telephone). The Customer shall be free to visit the website without giving any personal information. While visiting the website, it will not be possible to identify the Customer by any means, unless the Customer decides to communicate any personal data by entering the username and account password.
The present information note may be printed or saved through the browser functions (“File” => “Save as”).
Uppercut srlcr collects and processes Customers personal data for the orders collection and processing, for possible complaints and to provide Customers with the available services. These data are necessary for the management of purchasing orders and may be communicated to commercial partners (such as logistic suppliers, couriers, banks, etc.) only concerning the placing of the client's order or other related issues. It is worthwhile for the Customer to indicate an address for delivery, a correct telephone number in order to allow a quick dispatch.
The telephone number will be used by the agreed courier in order to agree on delivery dates.
The telephone number is also needed by the company to contact the Customer and ask for any possible clarification about the purchasing order, and allow Uppercut srlcr commercial partners to give prompt and proper fulfillment of Customer purchasing orders. Finally, an email address is needed to inform the Customer about the correct reception of the order and for further possible communications.
By viewing the present policy, the Customer gives consent to the processing and transmission of the personal information for the purposes provided in this document. The consent recorded in Uppercut srlcr’s system shall be stored in electronic and/or paper format. This consent may be revoked at any time, with immediate effect.
The Customer has the right to be informed about the source of the personal data, the purposes and the methods of processing and the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments, as well as the identity of the owner and manager of the processing of personal data, of the responsible for the processing of the personal data, or the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of.
The Customer has the right to obtain: (a) the updating, amendments or, when interested, integration of personal data; (b) deletion, anonymous change or lock of personal data processed in violation of law, including those for which conservation is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; (c) the demonstration that the operation described in letters (a) and (b) have been forwarded, even concerning their content, to those whose data were transferred or spread, except for the case in which this results impossible or too difficult.
The Customer has the right to oppose, completely or partially: a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data, pertinent for collection purposes.
