Purchases on our web site are subject to the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999 and the Legislative Decree no. 50 of 15/01/1992, imposed in respect of distance contracts, as such purchases are concluded outside the business premises. The Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal, even without particular reason, sending a written notice, via registered letter or also accepted by Uppercut via email to the email address support@ilvegetable.it, within 14 days from the delivery of goods.
The legislation provides that the right of withdrawal is exercised only by individuals (consumers) acting for purposes that are unrelated to their business. Uppercut srlcr decided to extend this possibility to all Customers, both individuals and corporations, acting for purposes related to a business. Excluded from the right of withdrawal all purchases made by retailers or by subjects purchasing for resale to third parties.
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the goods, notifying the withdrawal (via email) to Uppercut srlcr, to the email address support@ilvegetable.it and returning the asset subject to cancellation to the seller, who will refund the price of the goods returned within the following 14 days.
By writing to the Uppercut srlcr Customer Service via mail or email to the email address support@ilvegetable.it, within 14 days from the Product delivery, notifying that you want to exercise the right of withdrawal, by indicating the following data:
At this point you can contact Uppercut srlcr Customer Service, which will inform you on the procedure to be adopted for the open practice of withdrawal, at the same time giving permission for the return of the components. The client is responsible for all charges on the returned Products, as prescribed by the Consumer Code.
After activating the return practice and having received authorization by Uppercut to return the Product, it is necessary to insert the original packaging containing the goods, in a special package, so that original packaging of Products is safeguarded from any damage, writing or other alteration. Uppercut srlcr reserves for itself the right to refuse the received goods in the event of non compliance to what above stated.
Please write the order number and the name of the sender on the shipping pallets, but not on the original packaging of Products, in a place which can be clearly viewed.
The goods shall be shipped to the Customer's own expenses, to the following address: Uppercut srlcr , via Umberto I°, 80 33034 Fagagna (Udine, Italy).
It is advised to use a courier for shipping or other means to allow the tracing of shipment. Be advised that Uppercut srlcr will not refund any goods subject to withdrawal in the event of not received goods.
The bank transfer is made as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days from the receiving of goods, Uppercut srlcr will make the bank transfer for the amount of the value of Product stated on the invoice.
This amount is considered inclusive of shipping costs according to the latest regulations by the Authority.
Uppercut srlcr reserves the right not to accept shipping of components or Products that:
do not contain original packaging, accessories and handbooks;
all goods shipped without previous consent by the Uppercut srlcr Customer Service
